Linen and bedding was clean, but the bathroom sink was clogged so we had to brush out teeth in the tub. Really? It was built in 1994 or so and is really showing its age. The staff were polite about the mistake and swapped it out, but apparently didn't trust enough to have two sets of keys and made us drag our luggage back down to the lobby from the North tower, THEN bring it right back up to the same place again with the new room keys. We checked in and were given a full-sized bed after reserving a king. We will NOT return and we have informed family and friends. You see people walking around and cleaning. We have visited other casinos in Louisiana without any issue while gaming but they have machines turned off and chairs moved to prevent people from sitting next to you. I was at 2 different machines and had to tell the people they couldn’t sit next to me. They have NO regards to social distancing. People are walking around WITHOUT their MASK. We go down to the casino floor and is dirty and I don’t see one person walking around wiping down the machines. I clean and we put our belongings in one area. This room the floor is dirty, shower is dirty, and furniture is broken and has mildew. They issue me another key for another room. They are now embarrassed at the Front Desk. We get to the room and I started cleaning and pull the covers and the bed was missing the mattress cover and there was an exposed mattress. They were worse than the South Tower elevators. We notice the trash is over flowing and elevators doors were nasty outside & inside.

As we walked, we noted the hall going to the North Tower were dirty and needed vacuuming. They apology and sent me to the North Tower. We return to the front desk and shared the pictures. I went to call the front desk and the phone was so dirty, I couldn’t even use it. I notice the top linens sheet had a unknown substance on them. I clean and my husband holds everything before we put anything down. We entered the room and started our normal routine.

I told my husband, “They need to vacuum”. Noted the floors were dirty on the second floor. We arrived to the room on the second floor. That’s when we noticed the floors and elevator door were filthy and nasty.

We were sent to the South Tower elevators. I arrived noted Front Desk area was nice and clean. We reserved space at the Paragon Casino on Friday, March 26, 2021.
